Quy Nguyen is a master hairstylist and color specilaist with over 26 years of experience. She is passionate about hair and as the owner of Synergy Salon she believes in the integrity of exceptional service and in providing ultimate client satisfaction.

With an experienced eye for detail, Quy enjoys the challenge of different hair textures, colors, and styles. Utilizing diverse techniques, she produces soft styles with scissors and creates additional texture with shears and razors.

Understanding that each individual head is unique, Quy takes into account the type of hair that you have, your needs and your desires to help you realize your ideal style. Her motto being…..that by using the right tools and high value products, hair care is easy to manage in everyday life.

Quy is one of the few stylist in the Charlotte area to perform the Brazilian Hair Straightening (BKT/BHS/BCT) service for her clients. She has had an overwhleming response and offers different techniques to meet each clients unique demands. In addition to the Brazilian Keratin Treatment, Synergy Slaon carries the Euphora products and Redken color lines.

Quy proudly opened the doors of Synergy Salon, 3 years ago, and invites you to experience the ultimate in hair care and invites everyone to see what others are raving about.

Maxine -

Guest Services Coordinator at Synergy Salon.

Maxine comes all the way from sunny South Africa where she lived till she graduated. After studying to become a teacher she moved to Hong Kong where she spent several years.

While on vacation, visiting her parents in Ohio, she met her now husband and moved to the states permanently.

She has held a variety of positions, from sales associate to toy tester, through out her career and believes that variety is the spice of life.

Since starting at Synergy Salon, she has fallen in love with the salon and the Eufora products and hopes to be at the salon assisting clients for years to come.

Levi-

Guest Service Assistant at Synergy Salon

Levi considers himself to be a world citizen and often does volunteer work. He has a passion for learning and has studied a bit of marine biology.

Here in Charlotte he decided to return to a decision he made as a young teen to enter the field of hair styling. He studied at the Aveda Institute before coming to Synergy Salon.

He brings his mastery of hand, scalp, and shoulder massage techniques to bring his clients to a relaxed and ambient state of mind.He is full of energy , friendly , and easy to talk to .

Levi is working to master his skill in cutting. He is specialize in vivid multicolor techniques. You will be amazed by his brilliant use of bright colors to bring out a person’s individuality.

Amber -

Guest Service Assistant at Synergy Salon.

Amber though born in Detroit, was raised in the Charlotte area. An honors graduate of Harding University High School, Amber considered going to college and took many AP and honors courses. She found, however, that she had some natural ability to help her friends with their hair and decided to pursue a career in Cosmetology. While attending Empire Beauty School in Matthews, Amber chose Synergy Salon to help her develop her professional skills.

The quality environment attracted her. It is the owner’s willingness to mentor her that keeps her here. “Quy is really teaching me a lot. I am learning so much that just coming to work in the morning is a joy. I really enjoy making people feel beautiful.”

One of Amber’s goal’s is to master her skill in helping guests find the right color for their hair, whether they just want to remove a little grey, brighten up for the change in seasons or try something dramatically different.

Has recently graduated from cosmetology school and began her career at Synergy Salon. She is very dedicated to customer satisfaction and enjoys serving others.

Becoming a hairstylist has been a dream of hers since she could pick up a brush. She enjoys all aspects of hairstyling and looks forward to many years of servicing at synergy Salon
